Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

We are currently taking appointments and seeing patients at Westpark Periodontics in Westminster. Your health and safety are always our top priority, especially during these difficult times. We are taking extra steps and precautions to make sure that our patients and staff are fully protected, in order to minimize any possibility of transmitting the Coronavirus (COVID-19). If you are already scheduled to visit us, please read the instructions below before arriving at the office for your appointment. We’re happy to talk with you more about our COVID-19 policies and procedures, so please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:

In preparation for your upcoming appointment PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS OR HAVE HAD ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS WITHIN THE PAST 15 DAYS, as your appointment WILL NEED TO BE RESCHEDULED for the protection of our patients and our staff members:

  • Fever of 99.9 degrees or higher
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Chills
  • Repeated shaking with chills
  • Muscle pain
  • Headache
  • Sore throat
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Confusion/Disorientation
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Pink Eye/Conjunctivitis
  • You have come into contact with anyone who has tested positive for the coronavirus

WHEN YOU ARRIVE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:

  • Please come ALONE; unless prior to your arrival you have arranged with our office to have someone come with you to your appointment for reasons of needing assistance into the office building due to a DISABILITY, ELDERLY PATIENTS, and/or THE PATIENT IS A MINOR/CHILD.
  • Please arrive with your MOUTH AND NOSE COVERED COMPLETELY ie; with a mask, scarf, or handkerchief.
  • WHEN YOU ARRIVE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE and CALL OUR OFFICE NUMBER TO LET US KNOW YOU ARE IN THE PARKING LOT AND READY FOR VIRTUAL CHECK IN. Westpark Periodontics: (303)424-7757
  • When you call from your vehicle for virtual check-in, we will provide you with further instructions.

ANTES DE LLEGAR A SU CITA:
En preparación para su próxima cita, POR FAVOR HÁGANOS SABER SI ACTUALMENTE ESTÁ EXPERIMENTANDO ALGUNO DE LOS SÍNTOMAS SIGUIENTES O HA TENIDO ALGUNO DE LOS SÍNTOMAS SIGUIENTES DENTRO DE LOS PASADOS 15 DÍAS, ya que su cita NECESITA SER REPROGRAMADA para la protección de nuestros pacientes y nuestro los miembros del personal:

  • Fiebre de 99 .9 grados o más
  • Tos
  • Falta de aliento o dificultad para respirar
  • Resfriado
  • Sacudidas repetidas con escalofríos
  • Dolor muscular
  • Dolor de cabeza
  • Dolor de garganta
  • Nueva pérdida de sabor u olor.
  • Confusión / Desorientación
  • Náusea
  • Vómitos
  • Diarrea
  • Conjuntivitis / conjuntivitis
  • Ha entrado en contacto con cualquier persona que haya dado positivo por el coronavirus.

CUANDO LLEGAS PARA TU CITA:

  • Por favor ven solo; a menos que antes de su llegada haya acordado con nuestra oficina que alguien lo acompañe a su cita por razones de necesidad de asistencia en el edificio de la oficina debido a una DISCAPACIDAD, PACIENTES MAYORES y / o EL PACIENTE ES UN NIÑO MENOR.
  • Llegue con su BOCA Y NARIZ CUBIERTA COMPLETAMENTE, es decir; con una máscara, bufanda o pañuelo.
  • CUANDO LLEGUE A SU CITA, POR FAVOR PERMANEZCA EN SU VEHÍCULO y LLAME A NUESTRO NÚMERO DE OFICINA PARA DEJARNOS SABER QUE ESTÁ EN EL ESTACIONAMIENTO Y LISTO PARA EL CHEQUE VIRTUAL. Westpark Periodoncia: (303)424-7757
